Trek for Tech is a fitness and technology "fun"d project initiated by OLPS parents and supported by its leadership team. These running events are presented to our community with hopes of encouraging better choices and a healthy lifestyle. 100% of sponsorship dollars will go directly to the OLPS Technology Fund, as well as 100% of net profits of entry registration fees.

The 2nd annual OLPS "Trek for Tech" event is going to be a lot of fun. Run or walk, just get outside and challenge yourself to cross the finish line of the 5K (3.1 miles) or the 1 Mile run. There is an event for everyone, including those 6 and Under. These young athletes will run .3 of a mile! This event is just for FUN!

TEE SHIRTS: Official race tees are guaranteed to all particpants registered by Friday, May 4, 2012.

PACKET PICK UP: You can pick up your race packet at Run Wild, Friday, May 18, 3p - 6p or OLPS, Race Day, 7:30a - 8:15a

5K AGE GROUPS:6 and Under7 - 9 and in 5 year increments thereafter.

AWARDS:
*All Block & 1 Mile participants will receive a participation medal.
*TOP 3 Overall 5K finishers (Male & Female)
*1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each age group (Male & Female)

START TIMES:
*6 and Under Block Run starts at 8:00
*1 mile starts at 8:15
*5K starts at 8:30

RESULTS: Official race timing will be provided by Race Management and crew. Results will be posted on race day at the race site and after the race on www.runwild.us.
